Concepts

It's a dream many a muscle car fan has had.

Having previously created a modern interpretation of the Pontiac Firebird in the form of the , automotive designer Kasim Tibekov is back with his latest interpretation of a car that will never happen, dubbed the Firebird TT Concept. The most obvious changes include an aggressive widebody kit, new front splitter, a ducktail spoiler and massive rear diffuser. Under the hood, we’d imagine a GM-sourced V8, let’s say the 680-horsepower supercharged V8 from the Ford Shelby GT500, doing the motivation. For anyone that wants a “new” Firebird, there was a limited run made of the , originally designed for the movie “Jinn.” There are also tuning companies, like , that will happily transform your Camaro into a modern interpretation of the Trans Am using bespoke body kits and few replacement parts.
