Tesla Model X Gets A Menacing Makeover

The family-friendly SUV looks a lot more sinister thanks to "world's first Tesla tuner."

The may look futuristic, but it certainly doesn't look aggressive considering how powerful it is. That’s now changed however, thanks to T Sportline. The "world’s first Tesla tuner" now offers a new widebody package that gives the family-friendly SUV a more sinister look. Called the T Largo, T Sportline’s tuning package is based on the range-topping P100D model. The modified Model X is 2.12 inches wider at either side thanks to a new carbon-fiber widebody kit and rides on 22-inch forged alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires.

Other visual changes as part of the menacing makeover include a new front apron, front bumper, wide side skirts, rear diffuser, and a rear wing cover crafted from pre-impregnated carbon fiber in an autoclave. Every T Largeo Model X will be unique and built to customer specifications, with options including an extensive choice of paint colors for the exterior and brake calipers, interior trims, window tinting, and even sound system upgrades to satisfy audiophiles. No modifications have been made to the powertrain however, which isn’t surprising considering the Model X P100D can already rocket to 62 mph in 2.9 seconds.

Designed for “ambitious clients who like to stand out of the herd” and limited to just 20 examples, T Sportline hasn’t revealed pricing for the T Largo, but it’s probably safe to say existing owners can already afford it considering the donor Model X P100D starts at $140,000.
