In the ever-changing automotive landscape, keeping a model on the market for 10 years is a guaranteed method to ensure it is forgotten by consumers. Nissan is guilty of keeping the . Nissan has just announced pricing for the 2019 Frontier, making it the truck's 15th model year without a significant refresh. The starting price of $18,990 carries over from 2018, which helps the Frontier remain as the most affordable pickup in the US. Load up a Frontier SL Crew Cab 4x4 SWB V6 and the price shoots up to $36,850.

Don't worry, because there are at least some changes for the 2019 model year. A seven-inch color touchscreen is now standard for S and SV trims and Nissan has expanded the availability of the popular Cayenne Red Metallic color. Wow, that should totally make up for the truck being 15-years old.

The Frontier will continue to be sold in King Cab and Crew Cab body styles with 4x2 and 4x4 driveline configurations, along with a choice of two engines: a 4.0-liter V6 engine rated at 261 horsepower or a 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine with 152 hp on the King Cab body style only.
