I'm very sad about it but it's a very difficult market to justify." As it turns out, Callum was misquoted in this interview. Callum took to Twitter to say that "I have been mis-quoted in @Automotive_News regarding the future of Sportbrake. I said there would be no XE Sportbrake. Nothing more!"
It looks like the world will not have to to the XFR-S Sportbrake any time soon. Callum only meant that we won't see a wagon variant of the XE. Unfortunately for wagon fans in the US, we don't get any of these wagon models anyway. This news is pretty good because the XFR-S is arguably the best looking wagon in the world right now, however, we would care more if Jaguar decided to sell it here. Fortunately, , so there's still some hope.
